Despite modern characterizations, Christian faith is not based on emotionalism, antiquated ideas, or baseless claims. Since the founding of the church, proper Christian faith has relied on rational and logical thought. The Apostle Paul wrote that we change our relationship with God by “being transformed by the renewal of [our] mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God” (Romans 12:2).  Being able to construct an argument in order to both explain and confirm our faith is commanded by the Apostle Peter who wrote Christians should be prepared to explain their faith and the reasons for their hope to anyone who asks, doing so with gentleness and respect (I Peter 3:15).  It is with these verses in mind that we dedicate this website.

By sharing articles related to answering questions and defending our faith, it is our vision that those already possessing a Christian faith will be strengthened and encouraged. Additionally, and equally important, our goal is for non-Christians to use this opportunity to seriously consider the arguments presented and learn more about Jesus and His church.

 

There are multiple websites and resources that provide material on apologetics written specifically for audiences with advanced scientific knowledge. It is not our intention to reinvent the wheel.  Rather, the purpose of this site is to provide the general audience with insights and logical arguments that support a Christian worldview. 

 

 

Positive discussion only comes about through mutual respect.  We recognize that each person is freely allowed to make up his or her own mind concerning any questions.  Insults, innuendos, and hatefulness have no place in orderly and educated pursuits. We encourage contemplative thought and careful consideration of the information presented within this site. We also encourage constructive feedback and engagement.
